Preconstruction Management

Preconstruction real estate investing is when you invest in real estate pre-development. The investments are usually condos or townhomes and they are made before construction begins and at a much lower price than when the building is occupied.  You usually keep your investment for a stated period of time that can be a year or two or indefinitely.  It is not similar to buying a option to purchase but is received well be developers as it lowers their interest rates with lenders.
